After a few words by email or phone we will meet for a consultation.  If you leave me a message, I generally will contact you by phone in the evening to discuss a suitable date and time.

During our first meeting I will explain confidentiality and we will explore your presenting problems, your concerns, and your hopes of what you would like to achieve. 

​

At this first meeting we will also sort out the practical issues around fees, times and days we will meet. 

The initial consultation lasts just over an hour and subsequent sessions are regularly 50 mins.

If I think I am not able to offer you the most useful therapy for you, I will try to refer you to someone who can.

Fees

My individual fees are between £75 and £90, depending on the timings, and I offer some concessions for people with low income, but generally not during the evenings.

 

My fees for couples work are £120. The initial consultation is 80 minutes and subsequent sessions are 50 minutes.
